UPDATE: May 29, 2020
Bordeaux growers and wine critics managed to find a way to progress into the En Primeur campaign by tasting samples in very different and creative ways (zoom virtual tastings, sending samples at home, etc.)
Yesterday Pontet Canet ( https://www.liv-ex.com/2020/05/pontet-canet-2019-released/ ), one of the most prestigious Bordeaux Chateaux, released their 2019 on the market.
Jean-Marc Quarin and Jane Anson have so far tasted the wine and released their scores.
On our side, since our last update in March (page Enprimeur), we have been working to increase our pool of scores and to further refine the maps in our system, which are now covering over 50 top Chateaux and a considerable amount of the market share of the top tier domaines.
Please have a look at our score estimates and various updates from the wine critics to stay up to speed with this unusual, yet exciting 2019 En Primeur edition.

A few words about our maps.
Whilst we strive to use the most updated maps that are publicly available, a certain margin of error is always possible, although this shouldn’t normally be large enough to create significant analytical problems.
We do recognise that this is a potential issue and we will make sure we reflect that margin of uncertainty in our descriptions.
We always welcome cooperation from winegrowers that are willing to help us to correct such errors when identified.
